What’s your eating window? Consider moving it up so you have your last meal later in the evening, or going to bed earlier. I eat between 12 and 8pm and can usually get through my evening without too much hassle. If also drink a lot of water and sometimes tea in the evening as well, which helps me feel fuller.

Minimize sugar…especially in last meal
Ensure you are getting enough protein and / or fiber….shorting will contribute. A simple aid is a bit of chia for fiber
Drink drink drink! water that is!!I was a huge night eater staying up watching shows/movies/video games and grabbing snacks.
I started IF and do 16:8 (12-8pm) window.. whenever I’m feeling hungry, I just drink up water and then get satisfied for while and don’t think about it.
I also find having distractions that don’t make you think of food can help. Try listening to some music to get your mind off of food. And when your hungry, reach for the drink!
I used to binge a lot at night. One day i just decided to fight the urge and i haven’t binged in months. I don’t have the desire to eat at night anymore. I’d say just fight the craving and after the first 3 nights your body should adapt. If sleeping is a problem try melatonin before sleep, drinking warm milk, or taking a cold shower.
