I take ADHD medication, and find it hard to eat while on it. Would IF work if I only ate from 8a to 12p, then fasted for 8 hours, then only ate again from 8p to 11p?
Or does splitting the eating window negate the benefits?

I’d suggest you split it into many smaller windows, let’s say:
- 8-9: Breakfast
- 9-10: Fast
- 10-11: snack
- 11-12: fast
- 12-1: lunch
- 1-3: fast
- 3-4: snack
- 4-6: fast
- 6-7: dinner
- 7-9: fast
- 9-10: late nite snack
- 10-8am: fast
This is only 6 hours of eating so technically 18:6, right? Right?
