(M 25 287lbs) Does anyone else get splotching when fasting?
I’ve been practicing 23:1 and lost roughly 40lbs
My face is hot and gets hotter as the day goes on. After I eat in the evening it subsides.

I’ve had that a couple times around my goatee. I attributed it to me scratching it it though, since it had become strangely itchy a couple times during my fast. No issues with my face getting hot though.
