Start of Water Fast: Day 0/7

Starting my water fast today. I've been putting it off for too long, its time for me to get serious. I've done a 2.5 day fast in which I only lost about 5-7lbs which I assume was mostly water weight. My hope is by doing 7days I can keep going for 14days and then 21 days. Age: 28/Male Height: 70" Neck: 17.75" Waist: 46" BF%: 33% SW: 291.4 GW: 275 I will be going to the gym 5 days a week and the goal is 1hr of cardio a day and some lifting. I'll be holding myself accountable by giving a day by day update after every 24hrs (7:30pm EST). If you have any tips or tricks they are welcome. I do have electrolytes so I will be pumping those in excessively. Thank you in advance!

Try not to go too crazy with the electrolytes. Your asshole would be very thankful 😂.

Three weeks should be enough for you to reach your goal, which is such a short time that it should be all the motivation you need.
