I’m starting next week… Sunday lunch will be my last meal… I’m trying to get an early start with KETOSIS by doing a KETO OMAD this week.. but I already blew it.. someone offered me two slices of vanilla cake and I downed it!!! :-(.. but maybe from tomorrow to sunday I can resume KOMAD!!!.. LOL.. The idea is to get into ketosis prior to the fast to speed up weight loss and not lose the first 2 days effort of the fast!!!..
