Starting a 21 day long fast. Supplement recommendations please.

I've done a 5 day fast before supplementing daily with Magnesium Citrate 210mg,Potassium Citrate 99mg, L-Tyrosine 500mg, electrolytes with water and small amounts of pink Himalayan salt in water. Just water and supplements. I'm planning on doing a 21 day with the same stack. I have 3 questions: 1. Are my supplement amounts sufficient? Do you have recommendations of additional amounts or different supplements to add? 2. Is pink Himalayan salt ok or do I need a different salt? 3. Do you have any tips for a fast this long? Find yourself a well rounded electrolyte supplement that works for you and ditch the rest. A good electrolyte supplement will have everything you need, in proper ratios, and adding electrolytes in pill form will mess with the electrolyte balance.

As far as if they are enough? Probably. I am not a medical expert so take what I say with a grain of salt. I have done a 21 day fast with NO supplements and felt fine.
