Do you drink your coffee black now? This would be something I would have to work up to. Right now I use heavy whipping cream and a sugar-free sweetener. I cannot just drink black coffee. I would love to join you though!
I’m starting a fast as well so I can go into the new year feeling great mentally & physically! I’m thinking 30 days and I’ll probably do strictly water, my electrolytes & herbal tea occasionally. I haven’t been able to stick to a fast in so long so I’m hoping I can stick to it this time.
