Starting again

Fell off the wagon (again). Hit my upper limit of weight I will ever allow, again. Back to macro counting and 36 hour fast yesterday, down 3 pounds so far this week. Kick in the pants I needed.

I would add maybe start working on smaller goals to incorporate. Willpower and motivation are fickle, so the more we can offload as new habits and routine the easier it gets to make lasting changes.
