Good luck! Just be careful that you’re not going balls to the wall immediately. It looks like you’re starting 18/6 with 6pm to 12pm that’s a pretty big dive in if you’re just starting. Many people start with 18/6, 20/4 what have you and this leads to binging and then an awful cycle of binging and restriction. If you’re finding that this is happening with 18/6 maybe cut it back and try 12/12-14/10 then move your times around or hell even 13/11-15/9 there’s no exact schedule or one size fits all but many people who jump in too quick find themselves in this predicament. Be kind to yourself and listen to your body, it may take a few weeks to adjust so just be mindful of that!
