Hello everyone! I've finally started to get back into IF. When I first started I was almost 300LBS and got down to 193. Then I got pregnant with my son and had to quit. I gained all the weight back and then some and have been struggling for four years. I feel so bad in my body and I want to be healthier and look better again with confidence. I lost all that weight with IF alone and I'm ready for the swift kick in the behind to get me to stick with it. I'm 29F and will be 30 in December.
Exercise is difficult for me because my back was screwed up from the epidural I didn't want and if there are any moms here you know the fear of leaks. A sneeze too hard or jumping jacks lol. But I'm ready to get back into this! So help me I will feel better about myself and look good on my wedding!

As far as exercise, I suggest that you try Classical Stretch with Miranda Esmonde-White. I recommend her a lot because her work outs have done SO much for me as far as pain, flexibility, and even strength, even though there are no weights involved. She is amazing. Where I live, she is on PBS twice a day (you can also buy her DVDs). She is also on YouTube.

One of the dozens of great things about IF is that exercising is not even necessary to lose weight and look great…although once the weight started coming off…my body actually wants to do light walking and yoga…bc now it’s easier to move.
