Advice piece 1 - you’ll be hungry at first in the morning. Fight it. It goes away and you get really used to the feeding window. After awhile you only break it for special occasions, and even that doesn’t feel so good. In my experience.
Advice piece 2 - Train more. You don’t need to go anywhere, you can build a routine with little to no equipment and carve out 30-40 min a day most days. It’s going to come down to how bad you want it. Even taking weight loss out of the equation, it’ll help you in many other ways.
You can do this. It’s the most sustainable way of eating that I’ve used for almost 12 years on and off now.
