Hey y’all! After having two kids, losing a ton of me time that I used to use to workout, gaining weight, and being the largest I ever have, I think I’m going to give IF a try. I hate how I look and feel and this postpartum weight is like glue. It’s time for a change. I think IF is reasonable for a busy working mom. I weight train once a week and have plans to train more if I can. Anyways, my starting goal is 20 pounds. Just putting this all into the universe to inspire me! I look forward to being more involved in this community. I’m open to any advice! 🙂

Advice piece 1 - you’ll be hungry at first in the morning. Fight it. It goes away and you get really used to the feeding window. After awhile you only break it for special occasions, and even that doesn’t feel so good. In my experience.

Advice piece 2 - Train more. You don’t need to go anywhere, you can build a routine with little to no equipment and carve out 30-40 min a day most days. It’s going to come down to how bad you want it. Even taking weight loss out of the equation, it’ll help you in many other ways.

You can do this. It’s the most sustainable way of eating that I’ve used for almost 12 years on and off now.
