Never done a fast that long, but I’ve read that hunger returning on a long term fast is a signal to begin re-feeding. Especially if it’s a “true” hunger, one that does not dissipate after a few hours. You should be swimming in leptin if you still have 15%+ bodyfat, and your digestive system is shut down. Theoretically, you should not be hungry.
You could surely continue but if that hunger gets worse doesn’t dissipate there very well could be risk involved. No shame in mitigating risk, you’ve such a wonderful job already.
