I do omads a few times a week, tomorrow I will try a 48 or 72 hour fast. We will see how long I can go.
My question is about how exercise, U have a very simple routine some air squats. A few push ups and 100 kettle bell swings. I can finish it in 15 mins
Should I cut out my routine during the fast or do it only on refeed days?

If you are going to go 48 then just go for the 72. The first 48 are the hardest imo. If you push through that the third day will be easy and you can enjoy some of the benefits of fasting without the hunger. Ghrelin production usually stops somewhere around 36-48 hours.
