I vote omad if you simply want to maintain, depending on your goals and whether you are lifting or not. Rolling 48s you’d likely continue to be in a defecit and unless you are eating 5000cal refeeds would start eating into your lean mass, at least that’s my understanding of how the body works. I was previously doing omad to lose weight before the snake diet and still lost weight, but I’m working in a trade so burn 3000 at least a day combined with biking to work. Omad would be best psychologically too and then the odd day if you don’t feel like breaking your fast could pull a 48. Again really depends on your situation and relationship with food.
