To my old fat self and to those this applies, This isn't the fatty-feel-bad-club. Fasting is for transformation which means it's not just limited to a change in the mirror. Listen to Cole,follow his advice, write up a post fast report,repeat. This is a sacred time to see whats really going on inside of your head. Be grateful,understand,and improve during this period. Any other nonsense is you trying to self sabotage just like you did when you made yourself fat. Steps to success: * Write out your goal and be very specific * Plan a 72hr fast minimum * Have the minimum amount of snakejuice you have to consume during the fast written out(you're not limited to the minimum amount) * Write down your start time with weight and only check&document the weight at that time * Make snakejuice in advance it cuts out a fatty excuse * Take your photos,you can post them or keep them private doesn't matter * Fast!Fast!Fast! * Write up a post fast report,cut out the fatness like self sabotaging affirmations and repeat until you've arrived at your goal That's how simple it is to change. It's not easy-have fun!

I really love this no bullshit sub.

I think other weight loss subs have their place but some of us aka me need a kick up the bum on a regular basis. Lurking this sub does that for me.
