I'm offering a little advice. The scale is a hindrance to you. I know, we like numbers, but seriously. Worrying about the scale is an added pressure that makes everything you're doing difficult. Don't care about the scale.
For context, I am an experienced faster, I've done OMADs, rolling 48s/72/, 5,10, and 21 day fasts -- all just coffee and water. Each time I used to track weight and measurements.
For the first time fasting now, I stopped and it is _liberating_. I don't need to worry about "how much I lose" because I don't care. If I log a few fasts and feel I look better in the mirror and to my partner, my cloths fit better (or worse in a good way) etc, then that is the progress I care about and I think its what you actually care about too. I can't begin to tell you how much _less_ stress there is not even looking at the scale. Take a walk, drink some water, and stop measuring. You'll actually feel better.

I’ve been saying this for years! The scale is pointless. Look in a mirror and you can tell everything you need to know, if you aren’t a body builder.
I’m on Day 3 right now and refusing to weigh myself every day.
