What’s your goal for fasting? If it’s for weight loss, frame it like this: “I’m finally going to put my fat reserves to work and lower my damn insulin.” If it’s for health benefits, then it shouldn’t be that hard, improving health feels great! If it’s for spiritual reasons, ask your clergy for info. Strength doesn’t happen overnight, start with 24hours or 48 and go from there. Stay safe and good luck!
