I hope everyone is kick-ass.
Just wanted to check in and update everyone on my progress.
I have embarked on a journey to do a 30-day water fasting. ***Today marks the 14th*** *day and here are my updates -*
* lost a total of 16 KG so far
* little down on energy these days
* sleep is ok but not that great to be honest
* no hunger and zero interest in eating/testing food even if someone eating in front of me
It is more of a mental challenge now as I am beginning to understand.
With extra fat from my body, I am also doing this to kill the 'quit it' attitude. For good!
As always, thank you all! The post here keeps me inspired. (My wife says I am hooked to this sub now)

Dont underestimate the power of hopping into this sub to read other success stories and struggles and generally soaking up the vibe. Sometimes it feels like the whole world is against you if you mention fasting anywhere else.

I’m on day 25/40. I don’t have much fat left on me to sustain myself so I’ll stop early if I have to, but I feel like I’ll be starting a new life when I finish. I’m down to 151 from 195 including my 18 day fast before Thanksgiving. I know I’ll gain 15-20 pounds back when I finish, but all my body fat will be gone, a lot of stored toxins will be depleted and my cells will be like new.

Yo Congrats! What are you taking for electrolytes if I may ask?
The Longest I’ve gone is 5 days and am planning on going much longer at the start of January (Fasting in December is almost impossible for me)
