Ease into it. Start with not eating breakfast. Then manage your eating window. Say 16:8, 16 hours fast and eat your daily caloric intake in 8 hours. Once you get used to that up it to 18:6 to the extreme of OMAD(one meal a day) or alternate day fasting even.
Start slowly and gradually increase your fasting hours. Also decrease sugars and starchy processed carbs in your eating window. Increased water and fasting electrolytes will be your friends to avoid keto/fasting flue issues.

I also downloaded the Fasting Tracker app on my phone and love it for monitoring my progress doing 16:8 and 18:6.
