i have a black belt in fasting, and i think that fasting is a matter of degrees, practically speaking. if it motivates you to have a hard, fast rule, do it. but if you drop down to 600 calories, you get back what you put into it. feel out your favorite method; but there isn’t a sharp line anywhere to worry about crossing.
