Sounds expensive and unlikely to do very much. You don’t need to buy anything special in order to do IF — that’s the beauty of it, it’s totally free. If you get hungry, drink water (still or sparkling), black coffee, or plain tea. Hunger goes way down after the first couple of weeks anyway, as your body adjusts to the new schedule. It’s really fascinating how much of hunger signaling is literally just your body being used to anticipating food at a certain time!
