I’m day 5 of my open ended fast and doing good. Although I haven’t told my parents I’m fasting, they know I’m changing my diet but they’ve still gone nd bought way more bad food than normal bc my younger siblings are off school now.
Now there’s so much bread, crisps, ice cream, even chocolate spread which we never normally have😤 I used to be able to eat chocolate spread on thick white bread for breakfast, lunch and dinner back then🙃
When I’m done with this fast I wna go back to keto so I’m just wondering if anyone has any tips to stop me from being tempted and reverting back to old eating habits, or even worse; binging :((
Answer
Brush your teeth. Toothpastes flavor profile and chemicals in it stop all appetite cravings for me during that wave. hungers comes and goes -eh? or drink a glass of water. not as effective for me personally. but yeah, easy things to try.

I’m 100 hours in and I know your pain. What I do is get away from it as much as possible. I kind of follow the out sight mostly out of mind trick, if that doesn’t work, try Himalayan pink salt. That should help a ton with the temptation!
