Answer

Your English is fine! Pardon my dumbness I don’t speak a word of Indonesian or Malay. I feel GOOD when I’m fasting, like my body feels a particular kind of hunger-ish, where I’m hungry and rather NOT eat. That state takes me 18 hours… I usually break fast at 19 and no later than 22 hours, because I dont think longer fasts support my personal goals. I notice I can control cravings when I fast - I do not crave sugar and simple carbohydrates so therefore I can skip them easily and when I do that, I choose a lot of kale, general vegetables and eggs, poultry and for fruit I like apples or berries. I do add nuts and oil to tie me through - if I get break through hunger during my fast I make sure to add enough healthy fats! That works well. I also have a tremendous gain in relief from joint pain! I can run the stairs instead of grasp the handrail and chug myself up the stairs. My knees love CBD and fasting! I don’t feel clear headed - I get that from my new black only coffee habit (I bargained a long time on giving up half n half!). I don’t see weight loss, but I did STOP GAINING more weight, which for menopause is a decent benefit! I like the talks I have with other fastest. It’s a lifestyle we usually keep to ourselves so it is nice to talk with fasting friends. I myself want to make and pursue weight loss goals: fasting is great but I do want to add some weight training and want to see myself stick to CICO 1200- so I can drop some fat reserves. Losing ten pounds of fat would be a huge health benefit for me. I’m 55f, CW 135, GW 125 and the caloric deficit margin is tough for ten stubborn midlife pounds. Wishing you the best.
