I take long walks. But yeah sometimes it seems like I’m just waiting for time to pass. I suppose I’m at an early point in my fasting habits where it still takes effort to handle hunger so I have trouble focusing on more productive things.
I’ve actually enjoyed the extra time personally and haven’t experienced your ‘boredom’ but can totally understand how that could happen.
I have been busy keeping myself busy. I think one of the things that has increased my fat loss while fasting is that I have actually been busier just doing things around the house…sorting out clutter, attending to projects that I have been putting off and watching movies and cruising the interwebs of course.
