Unfortunately the less time in the kitchen doesn’t apply to me, I still cook plenty for my family and do all the clean up, shopping, etc.
My will power and focus is significantly better in regards to food. I use food specifically as fuel now, with IF being the break in the chains that constricted me with an unhealthy relationship with food. I have zero restrictions on what I eat, I just monitor how much and eat what I need to fuel within my window. I own my decisions now and IF helped a TON.
