I think you got yourself a solid plan. The first days are tough but after awhile your body will get used to the routine and it will become much easier. If you exercise try doing it before your meals if you can.
I found this video extremely helpful in making an eating plan during the window in terms of timing. I eat some protein to break fast like a hard boiled egg with mixed nuts, then an hour later I have my dinner, and after that I’m usually not hungry but in order to meet my caloric needs I’ll have fruit 3 hours after breaking fast. If you never counted calories before, I suggest you pay very close attention to them. Get a kitchen scale and weigh your food. Get a good understanding of exactly how much you are putting in your body.
