Most of results are based upon diet….
To improve muscle mass
Eat around 1.2- 1.5 g protein / Kg body weight
Be 250- 300 calories in surplus
Increase reps and weight slowly as you get stronger
For creatine,,, just consume 5 to 7 g per day, it will get the things done,,, donot worry much about it..
