Mine wasn’t ever super bad, but enough to be a nuisance, it comes and goes, depending on caffeine intake and how healthy I’m living. Doing keto & carnivore & fasting all made it disappear, only to come back once I started eating whatever again 🤷🏻♂️
You should check “Liam stops tinnitus” on yt/instagram. He cured his and many other people’s tinnitus with dry fasting, diet, supplements and other things. I’ve been following some parts of his program consistently or a few months and my tinnitus is almost silent even in a quiet room.
Tinnitus was one of the things I hoped to “cure” when I started fasting several years ago, but I don’t find that it has improved at all. Just for context, my longest dry fast is 4 days and water fast 8 days, so maybe I just need to go longer…
Mine was tolerable before I tried Wim Hoff breathing. Now I find I always need background noise playing or it is deafening. I tried the exercises when it gets very bad, but they only offer short relief.
I have been dry fasting often but never made it longer than 98 hours. Water only I did 21 days but no relief. I may try open ended dry and just go until true hunger appears vs defining days. Someone posted a link to a pdf by Herbert Shelton and he advocates that versus a certain number of days.
