i was just wondering if anybody had any tips to go from 170-180 by june first as i will traveling for the summer i want to know the best and possibly quickest way to drop that amount of weight

are you an experienced faster? maybe you could do rolling 72’s from now until June. I feel 3 day fasts aren’t too hard compared to a 7 day, and they’re easy enough to do repeatedly, from personal experience :)
