TMI Warning....

So, I've been doing 16/8 for a few weeks now and I'm starting to adjust and figure out what to eat when so that I'm not starving by the time my window comes along. I'm more or less able to eat what I want and maintain my weight. It's great! However.... I have had ... diarrhea since starting. It's not great. I don't really know why, because I used to not eat until about 10am anyway (now I eat at 12) but I get diarrhea from the time I wake up and lasts until maybe the afternoon. Anyone else have this? Does it go away? Any tips?

This happened to me too! I learned I cannot break my fast with a large meal or I will have diarrhea. I have to break it with a snack like an apple with cottage cheese and I’m fine. But the first couple weeks I had stomach cramps and diarrhea- I think it was my digestive system getting used to the new schedule and the better foods.

Have you changed what you’re eating at all? Even eating healthier can be tough for our digestion if it’s a sudden change and it takes it a bit to catch up and normalize what kind of things it needs to process.
