I was planning on doing a series of 5-6 day fast with 2-3 refeed days in between, I broke a 6 day fast yesterday and over ate so I don’t feel good today and am not hungry. Would it be to soon to jump into another fast of that length or should I wait a few days? Any comments are appreciated thanks!

I have no personal experience at this protocol, but some thoughts:
- Plenty of folks here talk about doing rolling 72s: a 72 hour fast followed by a meal. If that works, what you propose seems perhaps less intense.
- Pay very close attention to what you eat during your refeed. I did a 16.5 day fast, took 2 weeks off, then did a 31 day fast. That worked fine, but I made sure to take in nutrient-dense food during the refeed (liver, pastured egg yolks, bone broth, grass fed beef, etc.). I also took a mineral supplement. You’ll want to be focused on what you’re eating on the refeed. Maybe that’s even a good thing in the long run for learning better habits.
