About 18 months ago I started playing around with cold exposure. It started with a quick burst of cold water at the end of my morning shower and I now do cold baths with ice. This has really helped me in the colder months. I no longer feel the cold the way I used to and I don’t feel the need to eat like I used to want to eat in the colder months.
