Too much activity?

Hi everyone! So I had a question for those who are active while fasting and your activity levels. I did rolling 48s about a year ago for about a month and a half and lost about 30lbs. My activity level was primarily weight lifting and relying on my job for moderate cardio (I do bridge repair and maintenance). Since then, I've reversed dieted to add muscle mass and I'm getting ready to cut using 48s but I've started boxing lessons 3 times a week (just 1 week in) and was exhausted by it. So my current fitness regiment looks like this; 3x a week boxing, 5 days a week weight lifting and whatever I get at work. While I know fasting would increase fat loss, is fasting a good idea to do while being very active or would I be better doing something else like omad? Thank you for all the input!

Answer

I had the same issue. I reorganized my workouts to coincide with feed days. I “rest” which is walking or yoga when I’m fasting and lift after I have eaten a good, low carb meal.

Helps with energy to get through the workout (carbs) and helps burn the carbs I just ate to get back into deep ketosis. I still make incremental strength gains as well. If you’re a veteran lifter…less is more.

Answer

when i do alot of activities i make sure i dont layer them all on one day

so instead of doing boxing+lifting+physical work in a single day, try to spread them like

1.work+boxing

2.work+gym

3.work+boxing

4.work+gym

5.work+boxing

6.gym

7.rest

on alternating days to reduce the load.

after that u just gotta be drinking crazy amounts of snake juice, if you feel fine then youre all good. i drink up to 1.5 gallons snake juice without taking a piss thru the whole day, thats how much i sweat i guess

and u gotta stay fat adapted all the time to have ur energy levels right
