Just asking this to get some input/ideas. Am wondering what people in general think about starting/helping to train and coach people in fitness/diet? The main problem is I have no training myself or certification. Just years of experience and knowledge from all the things I've been watching and reading. Another main problem is that I already have a full time job and I have my kids every weekend as well. Sort of busy already. LOL
I also wanted to do this for free, not to make money. Kind of similar to a "diet buddy" or "accountability partner" but more me helping them. People do stuff online as well, but I was thinking more in person like a trainer, I even have a gym in my basement, but don't even know if I would want a stranger in my home. LOL
I know people do stuff online and help each other and there's lots of communities, which is great, but that's not as successful I think sometimes, compared to meeting someone, texting them, calling them, etc and following them closely.
I've also considered maybe getting a personal training certificate, not sure how hard that is 🤷‍♂️
Any ideas or suggestions or input appreciated. Also, just saying if this is the kind of thing people would be interested in 🤷‍♂️

From my experience people aren’t going to take your advice anyways. They will have a preconceived idea of their own and simply look to evidence that supports their own opinion.
I’ve been in the fitness industry for 20 years. I was certified as an instructor in the military. Literally no one takes advice. I had 1 guy out of hundreds that actually followed my advice and he lost 60lbs in a couple of months. Which saved his Naval career.
People asked me constantly how to get ripped. But no one actually takes the advice long term.
As far as snake diet / fasting is concerned. A lot people simply are going to think you’re crazy.
Just for reference.
Look up a guy named Zyzz.
Back in the early days he got asked constantly how to shred down.
He literally told people to do 72 hour fasts and eat steak and eggs.
People didn’t listen to him either.
Of course he was also on tren and ephedrine stacks…and who knows what else.
The point I’m trying to make is. Even people at the top have problems getting people to believe them.
