I’m traveling this weekend and doing 20:4. Should I bring my electrolyte mix in a jug pre-mixed? (Traveling by car) Also any suggestions to stay on track? I need motivation because we’re visiting our daughters and we’ll be eating out a lot. Thanks. 😃

Yes. Long daily fasts seem to wax and wane especially if you haven’t been fasting this way for awhile. You’d be amazed at how drinking, even just regular water, really helps kill the ghrelin stomach ache.
