Many issues and questions can be answered by reading through our wiki, especially the page on electrolytes. Concerns such as intense hunger, lightheadedness/dizziness, headaches, nausea/vomiting, weakness/lethargy/fatigue, low blood pressure/high blood pressure, muscle soreness/cramping, diarrhea/constipation, irritability, confusion, low heart rate/heart palpitations, numbness/tingling, and more while extended (24+ hours) fasting are often explained by electrolyte deficiency and resolved through PROPER electrolyte supplementation. Putting a tiny amount of salt in your water now and then is NOT proper supplementation.
Be sure to read the our WIKI and especially the wiki page on ELECTROLYTES

I’ll be the one to say it… You just have to get used to it. Once you get into a routine it’s pretty easy - and sleep works itself out. But if you quit when you’re hungry, you’ll never get to the smooth sailing part. Consider having some hot tea before bed, or try to fall asleep to a podcast or music. Fasting is 50% physical, 50% mental. It’s a decision.
I use melatonin pills .they are very effective and can be bought from amazon without prescription. Also they are extremely cheap .
Just buy them you will never regret it.They also work with difficult times like exams etc to help fall a sleep
