Trouble with exercising

Hello! I’m on my third day of 16:8. I am 5’3” and SW:170 CW:166lb GW:140lb! I have been jogging a couple times a week for exercise for just about my whole adult life, and have recently added in spinning and HIIT classes before now adding IF! I can’t workout during my fasting window due to my work/school schedule, so I have been working out between meal 1 and meal 2. I feel SO tired. I can usually jog 3 miles no problem and today I had to walk a bit to even finish 2. Will this improve as my body adjusts? Any tips for better energy for my workouts?

I think if you keep going your body will adjust and it gets easier. I do 22-2 and 4 miles fasted daily + 90 mins weights daily … was a struggle for a bit but once my body adjusted it has been clear sailing and results have been great
