About two weeks in. Doing 16:8 noon to 8pm. Will probably go 18:6 when I’m more used to it. 4 lbs isn’t much in two weeks, but I feel incredible. I used to really lean on coffee to get me through my workday. I feel so alert. I haven’t really focused on my calories yet. Just trying to get used to the time restrictions.
Does 18:6 really make a difference. Does one meal a day make a difference? Do y’all do that everyday or trade off. Still new in general. Any books I should be reading?

Some people may have to cut processed junk food for quite some time, in order to heal their liver function enough that weight loss becomes possible. So for now I would focus on that, and not on looking at scales.
