Ooh for me, its sitting and watching the clock if im home and waiting for the clock to strike 12pm or 2pm signaling the end of my fasting window. On the day that I do a scheduled 20 hour fast I begin to get hungry or “fee” hungry and im beginning to think its just anticipation cause Id be sitting watching a movie or something and time just drags lol. Just gotta stay strong in the mind cause its mind over matter. Or do pushups to take your mind off thinking about it and focus on your breathing and doing like slow repetitions to get your focus on something else. Used to do that at work when it was slow.
