I’ve been doing one or two 44 hour fasts per week, depending on my schedule. I just say to myself that I won’t be eating on Tuesday (for example). On wednesday i’ll eat when i’m ready, for me typically my eating window begins after work. And yeah, tuesday evening is the hardest part of that.
I’ve done longer fasts before, but I also know from experience that the hardest part is the first few days. Like a cold shower, it doesn’t become easier the more you do it. You just know what to expect.
