finished a 4 day dry fast then did a 3 day refeed and rehydrated, completed another 3 day dry fast. My initial weight was 205lbs 6'0 with 15.7 bf% trying to get to 181. is this attainable if I repeat or should I do a longer refeeding window? after I broke my fast I gained weight (water) the next day. went down to 197 before restarting the second dry fast. I've heard you can lose 2lbs of fat each day with dry fasting. if that is indeed the case then I would only need 3 days to go. right now its 2 days after my second dry fast and I weighed in at 201lbs.

Try to be smart about it. It’s not math, as much as you want to simplify it to some simple numbers. It’s different for everyone so try to learn about how it works for you first. Jump off the deep end and you’ll harm yourself.
