How often do you weigh yourself? Doing it every day or at least ever other day is much better. You will see an average over the week rather than just spot weigh ins. So many different things affect your weight day to day.
Be patient in the beginning. Tweak a little here and there. It’s mostly to get the hang of it, to normalise our relationship to food. If you haven’t yet, track your food for a few days to make sure you’re not overeating on carbs.
