UPDATE: Accountability and Weigh in

37M 5'10” CW: 280 GW: 180 Week 2: This past week and coming week I'm not able to do my IF plan. My official start date will be February 27. I can't wait. Several times this last week I was trying to think of what to eat that wouldn't be my normal meals. Nothing sounded appetizing and I wasn't even hungry. This gave me two insights: My plan of three different foods 2x a week will work, and no need to fill the boredom with food. My plan: Sat. & Tue: Jersey Mike's regular Chipotle Cheese Steak with Jalapenos. Sun. & Wed: Jimmy Johns Italian Night Club no tomato Mon. & Thur: Pancheros(better version of Chipotle) Burrito with rice, carnitas, corn, pico, sour cream. Fri: Fast (48 hour fast Thursday-Saturday) All meals with water. Knowing I won't lose weight for awhile I won't weigh myself...maybe March 4.

I would keep it simple and eat the foods that you like in moderation. Focus on eating enough during your eating window to sustain your body. I havent had Jersey Mikes since the summertime, gave me an idea.

Maybe I’ll head over there for breakfast today, only had a small handful of wasabi roasted peanuts so far and been wanting something else like a refeed or “cheat meal” if you will.
