Update and advice needed

Hi, I am a 29yr old Female and In January 2022 I started at 365 pounds. In February I moved about 6 hours north away from home for my job and was doing OMAD since Jan until about about ending February when I heard about snake diet. I was doing 48s once a week with OMAD every day. March 31st I decided to measure myself and keep track. Since march 31st I've been doing 48s and 72s, so one week 48s next 72 then following 48 and just alternating that way. I do not add any additional exercise because my job is very demanding physically (Im a mortician and pick up heavy ass people all the time and I'm always walking back and forth, I walk at least 4 miles a day at work and barely get to sit down..working 11hr shifts). Since March I lost 21.2 pounds. In total since January I have lost 64.2 pounds. Measurements in inches from March/ today: arms: 18.5/16 -2.5 thighs: 35/34 -1 neck: 16.5/15 -1.5 belly: 54/49 -5 hips: 64/62. -2 bra line: 46/43 -3 breasts: 54/52 -2 Total of 17 inches off my body and total of 64.2 pounds lost since January. I ended a 58hr 20min fast today and felt really good about it. I am now considering just doing 72 hr fasts every week. My question/seeking advice on is if I should now alternate with 72s and 96s? or just 72s and OMAD rest of the days sticking with my caloric deficit? This question may be dumb to some but just seeking advice from people who have lost a really good amount (50 plus) and see what their experience is and see if I can implement their experiences to help boost my routine. My goal weight for now...just to be realistic is to hit 200 but I really wanna be 140/150 so I can compete in jiu jitsu eventually but I feel that may be a very long shot considering I might have A LOT of excess skin that will basically be the added weight that will be hard to lose and need surgery.

Dry fasting can help with skin once you are close to goal and it will keep tightening for a year or 2 once weight stabilizes. Sounds like you are doing great, I would keep mixing it up, I found that most effective. Don’t give up on your goal/dream, when do you plan to start training?

Thanks for the reply! But I was hopping to learn from your experience… Somebody who did it and share some tips .. already doing dry brushing and collagen but wanting to know how many hs into dry fasting helps with skin… Daily 16hs like ramadan count for example? Or have to go beyond 48?
