I saw your prior post (looks like you made it to day 3?) You should start out doing shorter fasts that you can do every day. 16:8 then OMAD then multis then rolling multis.
You cant just wake up one day and claim you’re gonna win the Tour de France. You need to practice fasting every day if you want to try something crazy like 45 days.

That sounds like a good idea. 45 days is insane! I wouldn’t say you failed, I’d say you learned that its not substainable for you in your current lifestyle, and thats OK. ADF sounds like a good place to go and see how it works for you!
Did you have any electrolytes? If you were supplementing then maybe it’s not for you, but if not then I would try again with electrolytes and see how that makes you feel. I’m a dog walker and with proper supplementation, I’ve got to 8 days.
