It would not have the same effect as bone broth as it it does not contain the same minerals nor the amount of collagen. All you need to make it though is a stove top, a saucepan and some bones. It’s really cheap. If you don’t have the stove top I guess you have to buy the finished product. People break their fast with all sorts of food, so unless it is a really long fast you will be fine breaking it with something else too IMO.
