In my opinion since it’s your first time you shouldn’t work out! A light walk maybe but nothing too much. As it becomes easier you can work out more often. In the mean time drink lots of water, acv if you have done and add a cup of tea then maybe lie down and get some rest it should become more manageable.
I generally find the hunger feeling lasts less than ten minutes, so I do something busy for a short time. Almost always it goes away completely. If it doesn’t, I will have a pinch of salt which often helps. If it continues I have a black coffee, herbal tea or if I really need it, a bit of chicken broth.
