It’s going to depend on your fasting goals, but if you’re trying to trigger autophagy then any amount of calories during that fasting period resets the clock as I understand it. It’s like having a line of falling dominos and the calories will knock one out and stop the processes.
That being said, if you’re just trying to give your digestive system a break or doing it for weight loss or mental clarity or gut biome health it’s a pretty small amount and won’t really affect those other systems.
It’s basically the difference between a water fast and a fast where you drink coffee and green tea.
If you’re that worried about it, take your supplements during the feeding period.
