Enough sleep, regular routine, minimal drinking/drug use to assist sleep, a cool, dark and well ventilated room.
I use a sunrise alarm clock—it starts making the room gradually brighter for a while before it goes off which makes for gentler waking up.
get enough sleep. Go to bed at the same time every day
exercise. I can’t stress enough how much better one feels when they don’t sit on their ass all day
eat properly. Lots of plants, low processed foods
Oh guess what you totally knew this all along. Most people do. They are just in denial and want a quick fix lol
I always wake up full of energy. I sleep 6 hours every night, work all day in the construction,I train when I get home and I cook my breakfast and my lunch for the day after. I think the secret is : always keep going and don’t sleep too much or too little
That’s simply not possible. Let me explain: your body hasn’t had any nutrition for a lot of hours. Of course, when you wake up, you’ll be tired as heck. First thing you should do is drink water, so that your body gets hydrated. After that, make yourself a good breakfast so that you have energy in the morning. After breakfast (optional) you can go and exercise to wake up your body and mind some more. This also helps with the blood circulation but not everybody has time for all of this, so try to get that hydration and breakfast
Consistently wake up at the same time. Don’t know why nobody is saying it. You can get plenty of sleep, but too much sleep can make you more tired. Waking up to an alarm is proven to stress your body out and make you more irritable. Your body will adapt to a wake up time and you’ll feel more awake when it’s time.
I don’t know if this is a thing but I woke up energised after eating potatoes at night. Because I work long days and come home around 10 at night, sometimes I get hungry and when I eat potatoes I feel good in the morning also when going out for a night out to drink it helps prevent a hangover
Try drinking water in the morning, to help your body flush out what it couldn’t through the course of the night, and then try having a protein-rich breakfast. Protein is not the main source of energy for the body, because it takes longer for it to break down in your digestive system, so it will not be used as fast as glucose for energy benefits, and it will not leave you craving for more as sweets usually do. If you still want to eat glucose-rich foods in the morning, just be aware of the fact that if you combine it with protein-based foods, the body will choose to store the latter and use the first, so don’t overestimate the quantities, or you’ll get fat.
