Technically, a diet coke or two in a few days won’t hurt you in any way but doing it consistently can eventually cause an insulin spike. What you said sounds good otherwise. Generally, it’s fine to exercise fasted but stop if you start to feel bad at any point. To keep ketosis moving, limit the quick burning carbs as much as you can. Also, although even 1 calorie technically breaks a fast, I’ve found up to 20-30 has no real effect on the benefits and probably doesn’t break a fast in practice, unless it’s candy or something. It’s worth it if your electrolyte source has some calories. That’s very important. Maybe also take a multi-vitamin.
Hey, that’s what I do. I feel blah on my second day of fasting so I usually do nothing that day besides work, then feel great the next day. I would base your exercise on how you feel that day. For keto macros, just make sure you get enough protein and limit your carbs to less then 20.
Broke my fast last night but had my meal over 4 hours to make it easier on my stomach. Down 3 pounds from the m-f fast after refeeding keto style.
